Deep purplish red colour that conveys vivacity and elegance, balanced, enveloping and persistence taste, with sweet, spicy notes of ripe red fruits. It matches well with tasty first courses and red meats.

Sensations: What an absolute integrity of fruit you breathe in this great wine: a blackberry jam wrapped in balsamic way with the sweetest spices and without any olfactory defect. An oenology that has not lost, altered or oxidised in transformation not even one ounce of the aroma of its native grape. Then it shines of its essential pulp here distilled in a wine of absolute gustative softness. A balancing between its dense and deep tannin, its acid notes and the persuasiveness of taste, that on the palate is a round caress never aggressive or hard. One of the best Italian red wines of the year, chapeau.
